Datalogz Summer Roadshow Brings Fortune 500 Data Leaders Together Across the Tri-State, Texas, and California to Tackle the Challenges of Agentic Analytics

Datalogz, the pioneer in ending BI Sprawl for data-mature entities, announced its Summer Roadshow, a four-city series of private executive dinners bringing together senior data and analytics leaders from Fortune 500 enterprises to discuss the most pressing challenges at the intersection of AI, governance, and business intelligence.

Having completed stops in Metuchen, New Jersey and Dallas, Texas, the roadshow moves to San Francisco this week, where product and customer teams are attending the Databricks Data + AI Summit and hosting a private dinner for local data executives.

Hosted by Datalogz Founder and CEO Logan Havern and Co-Founder and Head of Business Development Tina Bhatia, the evenings are deliberately designed to foster candid conversation rather than formal presentations. Capped at limited guests per dinner, each event creates space for data executives to share unfiltered experiences and strategies in a setting where real dialogue, not slide decks, drives the agenda.

"The signal we're hearing from Fortune 500 data leaders is consistent and urgent: organizations are deploying agentic AI tools faster than they're building the governance foundations to support them," said Logan. "These dinners aren’t about showcasing a product. They are about listening. And what we’re hearing confirms that the questions of governance, accountability, and ROI at the consumption layer are no longer theoretical. They're keeping data executives up at night."

Attendees represented Fortune 500 enterprises across financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, and manufacturing, including Toyota, Caterpillar, T. Rowe Price, PepsiCo, Abbott Laboratories, and AccentCare, among others. Conversation across the series has coalesced around a shared set of challenges:

Governance in the agentic era. As autonomous agents increasingly interact with BI environments, the absence of guardrails at the consumption layer is compounding the risks of BI Sprawl, including duplicate reports, conflicting data, and unclear ownership, at machine speed.

Agentic workflows and automation. Leaders are eager to capture the efficiency gains of agentic tooling, but are navigating real uncertainty around how to build workflows that remain auditable, explainable, and trustworthy.

Measuring ROI on agentic investments. Enterprises are under pressure to justify spend on AI initiatives. Data leaders are grappling with how to establish meaningful benchmarks and demonstrate business impact from tools that are still rapidly evolving.

The roadshow is part of Datalogz's broader commitment to building community and education within the data and analytics industry, a mission that also drives its State of AI in BI Report, Future Frontiers event series, and Data Dive newsletter.

The series concludes in Houston next month. Data and analytics executives interested in attending can request an invitation at datalogz.io/book.
